Privacy Policy — Easy Screen Cast RedFleet Studios built the Easy Screen Cast app as a free, ad-supported app. This SERVICE is provided by RedFleet Studios at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page explains what information is collected when you use Easy Screen Cast, how it is used, and the choices you have. Effective date: 2026-10-01 (applies from app version 2.0.3) What the app does Easy Screen Cast is a guided shortcut to your phone's own screen-mirroring (Cast / Wireless Display) settings. The app does not record, capture, store or transmit your screen. Mirroring itself is handled entirely by Android and your TV or display adapter. Information the app does NOT collect - No account or sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details. - No access to your photos, videos, files, contacts, camera, microphone or location. - No recording of your screen or of anything you cast. Information stored only on your device - Your settings (theme, app language and whether you have seen the guide) are stored on your device and are never sent to us. - The app checks whether your phone is connected to Wi-Fi (Android's "network state" permission) only to show a "Ready to cast" status on screen. This check stays on your device. Third-party services The app uses the following Google services, which may collect information used to identify your device: 1. Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) — shows ads (banner, native, interstitial and app-open ads) that keep the app free. AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions to serve, measure and (with your consent where required) personalise ads. 2. Google User Messaging Platform — in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, and where required by law, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads and analytics are used. You can change your choice at any time in the app: Settings > Privacy options. 3. Google Analytics for Firebase — measures how the app is used and how ads perform, so we can improve the app and our ads strategy for each version. It may collect app interactions (for example screens viewed and ad impressions), an app-instance identifier, the Advertising ID, device model, operating system version, app version, approximate country, and the date and time of use. We see this information only in aggregated reports; we do not receive your name or contact details. Development (debug) builds of the app never send analytics data. We do not sell your personal information. Your choices - Ads consent: Settings > Privacy options in the app (shown where consent is required). - Personalised ads: you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in your phone's settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your phone). - Uninstalling the app stops all collection by the app. Analytics data is kept by Google for a limited period according to Google Analytics data-retention settings and then deleted. - To ask about or request deletion of data associated with your use of the app, contact us (see below). Log Data If the app runs into an error, Android and Google Play may collect diagnostic information (Log Data) such as your device model, operating system version, app version and the time of the error. We use it only to find and fix problems. Cookies The app does not use cookies itself. The Google services listed above may use device identifiers that work in a similar way to cookies, as described in their privacy policies. Security We value your trust and rely on Google's services, which encrypt data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Links to other sites Ads shown in the app may link to other websites or apps. These are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies. Children's privacy Easy Screen Cast is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take the necessary steps to delete it. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the app adds or removes a service. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
